General information: I came for a relaxing holiday, this was achieved. My expectations fulfilled. Food and drink available 24hr. The air conditioning works to approx 22deg, constant. We were told that the temperatures on our stay were higher than normal, and the air con worked fine. The food is good, a range from pizza, to freshly grilled steak, for dinner. Breakfast fill your boots. The staff are pleasant, and service is good. The wi-if can be sparse at times, however this is being scripted on our last night on their system.
Location and surroundings: It is a beach, hotel, the back fence opens on to sand dunes and a sandy beach. The sea is warm, our experience was it sloped gently. Turn through 180 degrees, there are good views from the main buffet.
Service: Plenty of staff, and pleasant.
Dining: A great variety and constant availability. Only disappointment being the optional "full" restaurant meal, the steak was the worst all week, we had steak several times.
Sports and leisure: Plenty of pools, and typical daily entertainments, not fully utilised by us. The night time entertainment was fronted by the entertainment crew, who in my opinion do and excellent job, some of the "turns", are average, but taken as that, they meet the need.
Room: Ours was spacious and cool, it was clean.
Useful tips: I personally like the lounger towel burglar, he is the life guard, who removes towels from unattended loungers before 10:00, you are warned. Lounger and parasol ownership does bring out the worst in people. With the numbers that are dealt with at meal times, this is a good opertunity to instilling good queuing manners in youngsters.
